In time for the new DLC for Total War: Three Kingdoms, SEGA was looking to boost awareness and drive playtime for the game. They used Wehype to launch a gaming influencer campaign targeted Germany, UK, France, and the Nordics. Wehype’s audience matching made sure they reached the right audience interested in similar strategy Games.

The solution:
Wehype contracted 19 Twitch influencers that started a Let’s play camping on the release day. The gameplay was focused on the new content and to create engagements around the DLC

The influencers and their communities really enjoyed the gameplay, and the campaign, which resulted in an over delivery of 113% in Viewer Minutes. This due to Influencers playing for much longer than contracted for.

After two weeks where participated influencers still playing the game which generated an extra 300k Viewer minutes.
